We often focus on improving the working relationship between leaders, direct reports and peers at all organizational levels. As a consequence quality, openness, sensibility and flexibility of organizational leadership are established by the process.

Majority of our work is centred to achieve healthy change. So we put in place safe environment for change. Change happens around boundaries. It may be structural change when team member is reassigned; when different criteria to assess achieved goals and employee performance are introduced; change happens when standards of acceptable behaviours in contact with clients are higher and more. It may be perceived as personal decision, especially for leaders.

It is when nobody really cares. When most people in organization pretend that they do some important assessments, but at the same time they might be aware there are no significant consequences.

When all energy invested in regular implementation of pay system, its rules and actions and frequently tiresome workflow have nothing but minor effect on behaviour of members and there is no encouraging or stimulating responds you can conclude change is needed.

Why? Because an organization, as described above, has no infrastructure to manage change. The need for change and to adopt it will naturally appear at least by external pressure (competitors) or by internal forces (low performance or productivity). That is the time when efficient pay system which provides effective regular feedback is needed most since it is crucial for change reinforcement or its maintenance.

Certain specific aims are best achieved by group coaching. We implement group setting for effective learning process. We are working in group in accordance to its developmental level or maturity.

For example: It means that in communicational training we do not provide just techniques, but we combine technical part of training with developing awareness about how one performs, what are my perceptions, and who am I as a person, how I feel and what are my views and attitudes that can significantly affect the effectiveness of my communicational style. In setting like this one can easily learn by interpersonal feedback and guide ones broader personal growth.

As a result it is not just knowledge of communicational techniques and when/how to use them, but they are integrated in our genuine personality and we use them with ease and much more spontaneously. We do not forget practice like this, since it is useful for us.

First process is regulated for effective (group) learning. In parallel we adapt all contents (leadership, communication, personality style, attitudes, skills & tools, practical models, frame of reference, etc.) and methods to initial level of client capacity. This integration helps people to internalize obtained and transfer it optimally to everyday life.
