Igor KRAJNC, organizational psychologist, specialist at HR development field, performance management, managerial tools, pay/reward systems, organization development & culture, change management etc. Research member of Faculty for business and social studies, University of Koper. Co-author of psychological tests, instruments, assessment-centre methods for business environments. In more than 15 years of experiences in organizations he practiced: work for 6 boards with more than 1000 employees; > 3000 selection interviews; coaching of managers & group coaching, coached by Kevin Cashman; development of 360-feedback instrument and implementation; certified »Novartis 360-feedback coach«; problem solving workshops and other interventions with business effect; more than 2500 moderation hours in seminars with managers and leaders and trainings especially in services, sales and IT segment etc. Manages expert consultants within GENROA network.

 
 


Mojca STONIČ, she is coaching TA practitioner in organizational context and individual development (Member of European Association of Transactional Analysis); is active in counseling, consulting & coaching for managers and executives.

Her broad experiences are in construction project management, entrepreneurial start-up settings, insurance and banking industry and more. She has established many successful start-ups, now active in INSIOR institute. Her coaching interventions are focused on a stable personal change, self-efficacy, that implies working effectiveness and productivity.

She is managing effective weigh loss programs and stress reduction programs within her Vizavi d.o.o.  enterprise.

 

 

 

Pascale THEOBALD, she is TSTA in organizational (Full Member of the Société Française de Coaching, vice president for 2 years & member of European Association of Transactional Analysis) and is active in consulting & coaching for managers and senior executives for 15 years; change management facilitation; management audit; team work facilitation; team coaching; peer supervision of consultants and coaches; organizational group-based management practice supervision. Her training & qualifications are: Master in Communication CELSA, Trainer's training SIPCA, European Certification in Organizational Transactional Analysis, One year training in systemic approach, Change management training (Hudson approach). Her experiences are in operations management in the private sector, in France and abroad for 10 years; management training bespoke & off the shelf (Institut Supérieur Marketing, Gimca). This was done in sectors like service industry, automotive industry, grandes écoles (French equivalent of Oxbridge), insurances, laboratories, public sector, manufacturing & SMEs. Her conference papers and workshops are on the Rise of Middle Management, Team Coaching, Manager as Coach Approach; she is co-author of a blog on management, and founder of Acteus consultancy.

 

 

 Karin CRNEK, certified INLPTA Master Coach specialized in supporting individuals through their personal and professional development, as well as managing trainings for  organizational positive change through focused and goal-oriented workshops, coaching and consultancy in the fields of leadership, team and change management, communication, conflict resolution and other skills, including the area of marketing and sales,  to support personal as well as professional development in organizations, teams and groups.


In her work she uses the knowledge and principles of organizational transactional analysis, neurolingustic programming and emotional intelligence based on her vast expertise in the field of strategic and tactical media, sales, marketing and team management. She has broad international experience in the managing of long-term effective businesses through developing successful teams in the Central and East European countries.




Aleksandra MARTINOVIČ, b.sc. anthropology, has broad experiences in “train-the-trainers” programs; sales representatives & managers; teams and their leaders. She helped at translation of Transactional analysis book, Games People Play; her exceptional competence in analysis of communication messages & comunicational techniques & goals makes her very effective group facilitator.

She co-founded one of the first Slovenian management training organizations SinesiS d.o.o. where she leads seminars, trainings and workshops for effective leadership & cooperation, team development, goal-setting, group problem-solving, excellence at customer relations, internal trainers and similar.    





Olivier MONTADAT, transactional analyst & trainer (TSTA-organizational), has 29-year consultancy and change management experience. First in IT industry and afterwards on the organizational consulting field & management. In 1996 he founded in France a consulting firm and from 1996 till 2006 he has been manager for large international consultancy Deloitte where he specialized on the field of »Change Management and People«.
Academic background: he broadened economics (Master in Economics of the University of Orléans) with Political Sciences (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris). Since 2006, he has been internal consultant specialized in management at a large local public service organization (7000 staff and 1000 managers). Here he is using TA to develop managers by doing coaching, team-building and delivering trainings and managerial supervisions.

 


Irena Turšič, b.sc. has 13 years of experience in Human resource management.  For 7 years she has been managing HR team in multinational corporation. Almost whole her career is connected to dynamics of IT industry. She has an integration experience similar to M&A projects. She is finishing her university master studies in the field of human resource management. Her consulting work is focused on improvements in people managing & employee relations; communication between management and associates is facilitated. She aims to empower potential of people by more effective management by objectives and leadership. She is certified trainer (by Resource Management International Inc., USA) for leadership development.
